Eternal Spirits Leadership & Chain Of Command

Guild Leaders:

Currently the guild/community is headed by Leader Alahondria
The captain of the ship so to speak. All guild rules and policies are created by him. Any matter voted on can be over turned by the guild leader. He is the only ones that disband the guild and the ones that will decide what games the Eternal Spirits name will be used it. Most Important guild activies are okayed by the guild leader.

Lead Justiciar:

Currently held be Zsheezor (Vanguard)

The lead jusiticar acts in place of the guild leaders when they are away from the game. They are able to demote jusiticars and members that grossly violate the Guild charter. And they will do this and have evidence to back up there decisions usually by performing chat dumps in the games we are involved in. The lead justiciar is also involved In recruiting and bringing possible allies into the guild.

The lead justiciar also serves as a psuedeo advisor to the guildleaders.And sometimes even helps settle disputes between them. This spot is appointed by the guild leaders.

Justiciars:

Are the officers of the guild they are here to help the guild and her members anyway they can. They are there to break up fights, Help guildies with quest and answer questions. They also bring concerns of members to the guild leaders and lead justiciar. Justiciars also vote on a lot of matters that effect the guild as a whole. And lastly they may also plan guild events. Justiciars are often voted in by current justiciars and people are often nominated based on activity in the guild. The number of justiciars active is determined by the guild leaders.

Justiciar Responsibilities (Amended 8-13-2008)

1.) To help the guild and her members to the best of their abilities.
2.) To invite members into the guild and also invite current members alts in and getting them properly marked.
3.) Advising all the new members to get on the forums and get signed up.
4.) Breaking up fights in guild chat if they occur. And if they do occur to make sure they get a chat dump of what is going on in guild chat. They will be removing people from the guild that continue to break the guild rules.
5.) Currently any Justiciars that are gone for periods of 15 days or more and that havent gotten in touch with the guild leaders and or other officers. will be given a warning. A second offense will be a demotion in rank. Since we need people in the positions that can help the guild its nothing personal towards the officers. Just something that will help ensure the smooth operation of the guild.
6.)The lead Justiciar act in the place of the guild leaders when they are not in around to handle matters.
7.) Currently Justiciars get to vote on and influence alot of guild policies. But they may not get to vote on every single matter.(Leaders Reserve The Right to Change This)
8.)Lead Justiciars can demote fellow Justiciars for grossly neglecting guild policies. Then guildleaders will review the matter to see if it will be permanent situation.
9.) It is your job as Justiciar to tell leadership when your going to be away for any length of time over 15 days.
10.) Plan guild events like dungeon crawls/harvest dates and such.
11.)Check Leader and Justiciars Discussion At least Once A week.

Are members that have regularly been involved in guild actives.And have stayed active on the forums.
